Indicates the start of a compilation operation for a build logic script.An individual script will be compiled at most once during a build, and will occur during the first application of the script (see
ScriptApplicationStarted_1_0
). If the script has previously been compiled by another build and has not changed, it will be loaded from cache and no compilation will occur.Script compilation generally involves multiple stages. The
stage
attribute differentates between the different stages for a script.
